About the author:

	José Manuel Giménez-Guzman was born in Valencia, Spain, on July, 1979. He received his M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Telecommunication Engineering in 2002 and 2008 respectively, from the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia (Spain). He currently belongs to the Broadband Networks Interconnection Group (GIRBA) from the ITACA institute at the same university. His research interests are in the area of the performance evaluation of telecommunication networks, with particular interests in providing quality of service in multiservice mobile cellular networks.
